The staff was nice and the property was clean. Some staircases had no handrails and some of the steps and floors were uneven which made for unsafe settings. Parking was awful. Overall, the place is average.

I just Needed a place for a few hours layover until my flight. It was ok for what I needed, but not a long term stay. They do not have any refrigerators in the rooms. If you have a long weekend stay in Kingston it’s ok, but as a vacation stay, I would Pass.

I felt safe and it was close to the venues that were important to me. There is no "Front Desk" so I am not sure how you would report any service needs.
My trash can was never emptied. But my main issue was that there was very little hot water for shaving.
Overall, I still think it was a good value and a safe place and I would stay there again.
