Best Western Harpeth Inn

This hotel is not a bad place to stay if traveling I-40 near Nashville. It's easy in and out and located near gas stations and a couple restaurants. It is an older motel with exterior entry, but was fairly well-kept. It appeared to have been renovated not too long ago.

The quality inn ,kingston springs is not good the management is not good .The rooms looking very dirty . and in weekends they are charging more than the nomal rate .She always hesitate if someone is taking breakfast

So it was clean and nice furniture. However, whenever we turned on the AC a lot of fruit flies came buzzing out. We checked the air filter and IT WAS CLEAN. That put my mind at ease. The pillows were small but very spacious with nice furniture. The young lady at the front desk was nice and breakfast was decent. However, when drinking an adult beverage I had to keep a cover over the lid because of the flies.

Looks like a typical middle of nowhere hotel. And it is. However, lobby was clean. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy. Shower had hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was ok. I don’t think this is a destination place so for someplace to stop at and get a good night’s sleep while on a long no trip, it was great. Very quiet. Would have given a 5 star for what it is but the outside could use some attention.

Sam checked me in the other night, provided great service, was able to get on the phone to further assist me with a past midnight check in. This evening, he allowed me to have a seat as I waited for my paycheck to process. He is a valuable asset to the brand, to customers who value hospitality, and is a caring individual.

Strangely the best value hotel out of the 3(micro,vacation lodge) of our vacation. About a 25 minute drive from Nashville, nothing exciting in the area and limited food. Pros - clean room, carpet looked new, large room, good water pressure and temperature, ac was fine. Cons - furniture was worn (tears in couch, dresser was damaged), Breakfast was limited and out of items, eating area was very small. Recommend to skip the breakfast unless your really hungry. The main reason this gets a 4 out of 5 was the size of the room and how comfortable it was. Refrigerator and microwave was a nice added item. Had an iron, surprised how many don’t

They don’t answer their phone and refuse to work with you five minutes after an erroneous accidental reservation. There is one particularly terrible person there named Nancy who just yells at you non stop and does not come up for air and if you try to speak and state your issue she’ll accuse you of interrupting. Terrible.

This place was filthy. It smelled awful and the AC had visible layers of dust and filth in between the vents, and everything from the headboard to the bathroom door had greasy dirty fingerprints on it, and yes, the toiletries were half used. The towels had stains all over them and there was a blood stain on the white comforter. They didn’t even reset a full roll of toilet paper. I wonder if the other people who reviewed this place poorly also stayed in room 105? Stay away from this dump for sure.

STAY AWAY!!!! There is literally nothing good I can say about this motel. The staff was borderline rude, the room and the secondary room we were given was absolutely disgusting. There were cockroaches all over the first room so we were switched to another room. In the new room there was no toilet paper, the were cigarette ashes all around the beds ( In a non smoking room), there was trash and crumbs all over the room, the TV did not work properly, everything in the room was outdated, there were spider webs all over the room around the ceiling corners, stains on the carpet, and much more that could easily be fixed. This is the perfect example of a DOOR KICKER, or ROACH MOTEL. The ONLY reason people stay here is because they’re isn’t very many options to be this close to the Wildlife Management Area that people come here to hunt on. Hope this helps others to avoid this place at all cost, especially if you’re traveling with your family, do not come here.
