Holiday Inn Express Hull City Centre Reviews

Hotel location was central. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was good size and has the basics expected from Holiday inn Express. Breakfast was average but cannot fault it.

No facility in the hotel for evening meal, but plenty of other eating places around

Second time staying in this hotel. Clean, spacious rooms which are well priced compared to others near by. Staff were all friendly and attentive.

Very conveniently located, breakfast was lovely, service was great.

I travelled to Hull for 4 nights to see my friends. This hotel is very close to local amenities such as St Stephen's Shopping Centre, the train station and nearby restaurants. The service was amazing as well as the breakfast. The staff are super friendly too. The only thing I disliked was the WiFi, it was very slow and I barely used it. Overall 9/10 :)

Great little hotel, very friendly staff and great breakfast, no actual restaurant but is in city centre so loads of places to get food.

Good hotel but initially difficult to find parking space due to hotel located in mall

Booked for a funeral visit and the arrival was smooth and straight forward . The very smart and professional front of house clerk explained all to us and even told us how to get into the HOTEL car park saving £13 on the nightly parking cost. Room was basic as we wanted noting but a good sleep having just traveled up from the West country for 6 hours on the motorway system. Bed was very comfortable and room was spotless. Breakfast was a joy and inclusive. Fried English with juices breads, teas and coffees to choose from. Ready to face a sad and possibly harrowing day we left the hotel to return at about 18.00. Advised that the hotel does not serve dinner but plenty of restaurants and food outlets in nearby (100yds) shopping center. We had a drink in the bar in the evening which was congenial and quiet. Stayed the night and left on the next day after another good breakfast. I minor drawback. I left a rather expensive (£40) extension plug and usb socket in the room and it has not been found yet by housekeeping. Over all. A very good and professionally run establishment of which I am proud to say, I was an employee in the first Holiday Inn in the UK in Plymouth..... Long, long ago!! Mikie

A good strategic location near to the train station and next to shopping centre. The frontdesk staffs are all friendly.

Excellent location, subsidised parking. The hotel is clean, staff are very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The price is inclusive of a lovely breakfast. Highly recommend and will be staying sgain.
