I would never stay at this hotel again, it's dirty the staff are rude. Bad place

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it was an experience that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and ensured our (myself, wife and two kids) stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was immaculate and spacious. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was neat and stocked with quality toiletries. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to major attractions, shopping, and dining options. Despite its central location, the rooms were quiet and peaceful. Overall, our stay at this hotel was a delightful experience. The exceptional service, comfortable rooms, and prime location make it a standout choice for anyone visiting the area. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in Hull, especially around the city centre.

Lovely staff, very pleasant, the rooms were clean and had everything we needed

The park hotel is a refurbished 1850's building originally a private school. The refurbishment is just great retaining many of the original features. !st time I had an Edwardian fireplace in my room and an impressive bookcase. The quality of the fixtures and fittings are better than some hotels at more than twice the price. The staff member i dealt with was very polite and efficient. Given the room rates i cannot belive that some one has had the vision to provide such a good hotel, a stones throw from the town centre, brilliant on-site parking etc for such a reasonable rate. The big hotel chains should stay a few nights and learn from this establishmnet. If you are in Hull even if you normally favour Holiday Inn etc you will be more than pleased to stay here. Well done the operators!

Lovely reception, lovely room, lovely stay - as always at this hotel

Very good. We stayed a couple of nights in a deluxe room, very well decorated. Comfortable bed. Hot tub in the bathroom. Very clean. Kind staff. We will book again this hotel. Recommended

It really was a great stay with a warm welcome from David, a massive room with a kingsize bed that was super comfy and very clean. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble for them. I only had one problem and that was that the shower was too hot due to the thermostat having broken, I reported it late at night and it was fixed by half past eight the following morning. All in all a great stay and I would most definately stay again, due to other committments I only managed to eat at the restaurant once and opted for the Mexican burger that came with a very generous helping of onion rings, chunky chips and salad, I am a big eater but just could not manage it all.
