Mayfair Hotel

Welcomed: quite late at night! A Single room very comfortable, at the front of the Hotel. Good TV. Plenty of coffee! Spotlessly clean! Finally a large choice at Breakfast brought forward to facilitate my Bridlington Bus! Certainly didn't leave hungry! & I've booked a return!

The Mayfair is a clean, comfortable bed and breakfast. we liked it because the staff were friendly, the room had everything we needed including tea and coffee making facilities and an all you could eat continental breakfast. the bar downstairs was nice because it had something on both nights we stayed. there is a car park and plenty of buses into Hull or just a half-hour walk to the city.

Staying for one night to go to a gig. Pleasant welcome and book in. The single room was small but perfectly formed and clean. Sink in the room, separate toilet and shower, clean too and toiletries provided. The room (18) was quiet as it at the back of the hotel. In the morning, the breakfast was a lot better than many much more expensive hotel I have stayed in. £30 all in, great value.

I recently had to book accommodation in Hull at short notice on a weekend due to an error in where I had planned to stay (my error, won't go into it now). I was on a bit of a budget and every other option was near the £100 a night mark , so I booked the Mayfair as a bit of a last chance Saloon. I have experienced 'Budget' hotels before so I really did not expect much. How wrong can you be. It may not be at the height of fashion but everything is spotlessly clean, well maintained and well cared for. Every staff member I came across was friendly and helpful without any sense of it being forced or just 'trained in'. Decent Quality continental breakfast in the price too. If I'm in the neighbourhood again, I might just go with the Mayfair as a first option rather than the emergency I had to take.

Very nice hotel excellent value worth every penny !! Got this last minute as hull was full on the Saturday we went on every booking site this come up and really nice place to stay , clean friendly staff very welcoming continental breakfast I’m not a great fan of but food on offer was nice plenty to choose from , good car park as well , excellent value for money. Bus stop right out side the hotel to city centre, obviously not a 5 star hotel but got everything you need for a overnight stay , stayed in room 2 had a decent shower and was clean , you could here traffic all night with windows open but it is on a main road would recommend taking a small desk fan if you stay in the summer then shut the window , would definitely stay again
