My family booked my husband and me in to Warren House Hotel for a ‘big birthday’ gift. It is a lovely hotel, full of character, and I truly would like to go back again. Firstly, the staff were attentive and helpful, without being intrusive. We had an accessible ground floor ‘cottage’ room a few steps along the front path, which suited my mobility needs well. The bed was very comfortable, and both the bedroom and wet room were very clean. We enjoyed a light supper in the bar, overlooking the lovely gardens, and breakfast in the beautiful dining room gave a good variety of foods. Finding the swimming pool was an adventure, up and down stairs and along hallways, but delightful when we got there. I just managed the narrow step ladder into the pool - could have done with better accessibility, even if just one more step down, but the water was a good depth, and warm, and the pool set up very peaceful. Richmond Park is just a few minutes walk away. I highly recommend this hotel.
