This is a beautiful property with inspiring gardens and history. It is a special place to stay. The staff was kind professional and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again.

Good location, air-conditioning in the room in the heat wave was appreciated, friendly Staff , always  helpful and accommodating, Cooked Breakfast items needs improvement, they were of low quality,  As was the Tea and coffee , swimming pool facilities withdrawn due to technical difficulties, Thanks for a pleasant day.

Hotel manager Azaz is wonderful - when he come back to take the luggage, he offers us a room (for free!) for a short period of time for changing and tidying up the luggage. He also advise and help us to book a local taxi instead of using uber, as uber may not send a big enough taxi for luggage. He also explains the history of the hotel well. the hotel is very clean with modern toilet despite the hotel itself is over 100 years old. I really appreciate Azaz for his hospitality and kindness.

Very efficient check-in with early occupancy allowed as the rooms were ready. Location was perfect with accurate directions given to onward travel. The room was exceptionally clean  and very comfortable

The place is beautiful and historic, I think they can provide us the basic things we need when we check in, for example toothbrush, shaver, slippers, etc, so that we don’t need to call the reception to bring in.

Nice hotel, you need a car. Pool ok. Breakfast can do with some improvement 

Everything was okay. The pool was the highlight and thats why we booked to stay at the hotel. It's just lovely and quiet, very relaxing. The room that we stayed in was very quiet and nice as well. Clean and overall a really good stay. The only downside is the breakfast time is too early in my opinion, in most hotels that I've stayed at breakfast is servied until 11 am but they finished at 9:30. We came around 9:20 not knowing it's about to finish so was rushed in ordering and finishing our breakfast, which was a shame. There were only a few breakfast items available for us and they were not worth the money we paid for. Anyway, it is what it is.

Great hotel on the outskirts of London. Great value. Decent fitness suite and pool . Breakfast was a buffet of good quality. Great value . Loved the atmosphere and access to drive to .

Feel safe when staying alone here.

My son was very satisfied with the stay, the service was very good and the breakfast was great. He also said the bed was very comfortable.

For a hotel run by Indians, the front desk service is acceptable, nothing special.
