The Queen size bed mattress ok. The while bed was creeking real bad..I thought it was goung to break

The room was spacious and very clean. Comfortable bed and no traffic noise.
The only problem was the elevator was out of order and I had to drag heavy bags up the stairs. It was not a deal breaker for me but was inconvenient. I can see where it would be a deal breaker for anyone not able to do it.

Broken elevator so we got last room on first floor (I have a foot cast) but did not have couch like we requested. Bugs in room on kitchen counter and bath. Bath light 1/2 out and could not find a switch for lights over sink. To go breakfast was packaged blueberry muffins and quaker oats cereal bags, 2 kinds of quaker chewy bars and tea and coffee. Ran out of cereal paper cups last 2 days of stay. 4 day stay over xmas. Lobby minimal but clean. No cleaning /towel service unless requested. No utensils, china or tableware in room. Must request each item from a locked glass fronted cabinet near lobby.

The bed was broken. The room smelled weird. Having a kitchenette is cool but no dishes or utensils to use isn’t helpful. It’s kool that they have free dvd rentals at the front desk. Would’ve been nice to have a dvd player in the room. The staff was nice.

We arrive to be told the elevator doesn't work and we have to use the stairs. My husband is handicap and stairs are not easy for him. Wish someone had called and told me this in advance

Not kept in good condition. Bed broken and shower not cleaned. We tried to move hotels but Thanksgiving wèek availability was not good. Staff refused to make coffee at breakfast even though it was an hour before they shut done breakfast time. Told me to was half mile to hospital for coffee. Do not book this hotel!!

Convenient location and easy access to medical facility in Houston. Very QUIET and sound proof room, which is most important during our stay. room we reserved met the expectations for two guest. Comfortable Spacious kitchen area in room to accommodate our personal preferences of grab and go breakfast, although the hotel does offer a basic one as well. Wal-Mart and Target both a little over a mile away from property. Friendly, professional staff. Martha, the manager of property, very professional, and went above and beyond offered immediate options and solutions, to the few minor complaints that I had. Simple, clean Hotel for price- range.

This hotel was convenient for me when I needed to stay in the area for a week. The area is quiet, not on a main highway but close enough. The air conditioning worked extremely well, I set the temperature higher than I normally would do I didn’t freeze.
