Love the staff!

It was a really great stay in this hotel, the staff and manager were helpful all the time. I'll return to this location.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The pool was very cold, the “hot tub” was not hot at all. The sheets on my bed had a (what looked like) blood stain on them. At breakfast they had no plates, and were unwilling to find more because “breakfast was closing in 15 min”

Quiet and family friendly. Loved that they offer breakfast

Great stay and staff. They have large rooms and lots of parking.

Terrible housekeeping! Booked 3 days and she didn't touch the room after day 1. On day 2 we requested a room clean. All she did was change the two trash cans and leave some towels on the bathroom counter. Didn't replace the dirty cups, the TP, the coffee/sugar, or make the beds. The pull-down curtain covering the window did a mediocre job and it felt like daylight all night because of the lit up parking lot. (Other side of hotel was nice and dark) The cable TV was a nightmare. If you could get it to work it only had a handful of channels, and nothing for kids. Front desk offered no physical help. The breakfast was mid since the eggs were too watery. Coffee is some of the best hotel coffee I've had, but I had to warm it in the microwave if I didn't catch them make it fresh. Which means all the way back to the room on the 2nd floor. Pool and hot tub worked and had no complaints there. We had constant problems with the room keys not working. Wouldn't recommend for more than a night.

Remote was broke to the room. After going down to the front desk 4 times we finally had someone come up and was told that we will need to change the volume and the Channels at the TV. Not very relaxing to get up every time we needed to make a change. Was supposed to get a discount on the room and we conveyed this to the front desk at check out and the lady just ignored my wife and checked us out with out adding a discount and we had to get the manager who said since she had already approved the check out that no discount could be added and that she would give us some reward points. Just a horrible experience front start to finish. Wouldn't even check to see if there were rooms available for check in because it wasn't 3 pm yet. We were only 30 minutes early to check in.
