Old-fashioned Japanese hotel with good service and good environment. There are also supermarkets nearby and it is very convenient to take a car. Leisure travel is very good.

This hotel seems to be at least last +30years. Most of the facilities in the room looks old. We were very lucky to met up with a front desk customer service - Mr Cao whom originated China but worked in Japan for many years. He assisted us to the JR Line counter in reporting my missing phone, and we did retrieved it back!

Standard Japanese business hotel, albeit with an onsen and newer than most. Breakfast is adequate, with western coffee on offer. Location is not central, but within 10-15 minutes walking distance to Shimo-Isaka station, restaurants, and a supermarket. Not exactly geared towards non-Japanese travelers, since the staff hardly speaks English and the hotel information given is only in Japanese. Extremely satisfied with it considering the affordable room rate.

Hotel is few steps from Rinku town station. Outlet Rinku town is very close to Hotel. Free shuttle service to airport for early flight in morning is great. It starts from 05.20am.

Not far from the airport. Mainly because of the airport pick-up service, I chose this hotel without hesitation. The receptionist was very nice and the room was clean. There is a 24-hour convenience store nearby and several places to eat. Very satisfied. I will choose here next time.

This hotel is simply a perfect hotel! ! The facilities are very new and have everything you need, very clean and tidy! Cleansing oil, body lotion, etc. are provided at the front desk. You can take as much as you want! The location is great. It's right after the subway. It's very convenient for overnight stay in transit! Then there is a 7-11 downstairs of the hotel. If you buy bento, you can eat it in the public area of ​​the hotel. The room is a little smaller, but there is nothing I can do about it. Japanese hotels, especially new ones, are relatively small! I really like its design, which is very user-friendly. For example, the toilet can be designed to have a small wash basin on top of the toilet water storage. The water you use to wash your hands flows into the toilet for flushing. Really. Be environmentally friendly! Just put the card in the designated box when you check out, which saves time! Clean, good value and innovative hotel. The hotel is located by the Osaka bay. It provides either Bay view or city view. Rinku town station is just 10 min away by foot. Don’t be taken aback by 10 min walk. You would actually walk through a beautiful park and reach the hotel. Check in was smooth. The receptionist was a robot dinosaur. Everything was made easy and smooth. Room itself is a fine size. You could open the window slightly if you want to. Good lighting . The bathroom is decent size and equipped with a nice soaking tub. The room is spotless and clean. Bed and pillow are very comfortable too. The highlight of the in-house guests is to have access to the nice hot spring via 2nd floor. In-house guests do not need to pay additional fee for the hot spring. Upon check out, you could even leave the luggage’s free of charge for the day. That’s really nice. Last but not the least, I came across a dilemma during the stay. It was because the terms and conditions ( fine print) was in Japanese and I could not read it. It causes a little of inconvenience. I appreciate the staff assisted me on this one-off incident.

When I was looking for a hotel in Wakayama City, I found ”Daiwa Roynet”. I used it often on Okinawa Kokusai-dori, so I feel like I chose it by name first. It's quite far from Wakayama station, but there was no problem because it was used by car. I was surprised to check the location after making a reservation. It is in front of ”Wakayama Castle”. This day was during the illumination period, so I could see the illuminated Wakayama Castle in front of the room and it was the best location! The rooms are well equipped, equipped with deodorant and air purifier, and the refrigerator is in a state of kara, so I used it with drinks. Breakfast is a restaurant with a view of the castle in front of you. This is also outstanding. The content of the buffet is also a general Western menu, ”omelet” made in front of you. In addition, ”Wakayama specialty” was full, and I was full. I regretted that I should have centered on ”Eating and Comparing Umeboshi”, ”Shirasu”, ”Sesame Tofu”, and ”Tuna Kakuni” (laughs). Great hotel to stay at if you arrive late at night. It is a train ride away from the airport and within walking distance to the outlet. It took around 10 minutes to walk to the outlet. There is also Trial supermarket (5 mins walking distance) that is 24 hours so you can stock up on souvenirs or food. It has food, clothes, cosmetics, toys and electronics.

Directly connected to Wakayama Station. Because it was in front of the station, there was a CVS and so on. It was on the upper floor of ”Kino Wakayama” in the station building and dinner was done there. The building was clean and the bath was very comfortable with a view of the Kino River. There was also a menu with breakfast and it was delicious. However, it was a few dissatisfaction points that made the evaluation ”normal”. It is mainly a part of hospitality, not hard. First of all, I was guided to breakfast at check-in. Because it was a Bon Festival time, there was a paste that the breakfast time was early in the elevator, but it was guided at the front desk at the usual time. Under the corona, the locker of the bath was pulled out, but when the locker without the key was opened and asked the front desk whether it was possible to use it, it was answered that it did not get the point. When I used it for family ３ people and asked the front desk for breakfast tickets without a number of people and confirmed that it was okay and went to the breakfast venue, I was told that ”the breakfast ticket is not enough １ pieces”. I thought that the front desk was on the upper floor and it was surprising to go up to the upper floor once when I checked out. As a concept of the whole Candeo Hotels, it is called ”unique ４ stars”, but it has somehow lacking impression that it does not become ５ stars. It seems that there is a chain hotel nationwide, but what about ... It is a hotel that does not come to the top of the choice.
