My wife and I, stayed here this past July 4th weekend. Make sure you let them know you would like your room cleaned. Definitely let them know, if you leave that they can come in and service it while you are out. They didn't service our room, after I informed them that I would like it to be done. Somehow, they stated that I said not to come in until I come back. Now, why would I say something like that, when I wanted my room to be serviced. We had to makeup our own bed because of the laziness of housekeeping. The young lady at the front desk, by the name of Shar, really went above and beyond. She really tried her best to help me. She needs a raise and promotion. The front desk manager tried to cover it up and make an excuse, saying it was a miscommunication. I was the one that told the front desk manager, I would like the room serviced the next morning. I was promised by the front desk manager points on my Hilton Honors account for the mistake. I asked for the Manager of the hotel to give me a call. I haven't received a call as of yet. The call will probably come later on, thinking I will forget about it. Trust and believe, I will not forget it.
