Wir waren im Restaurant (nicht im Hotel). Das Essen war sehr gut. Eine gute Karte & hervorragend hergerichtet. Im Eingang zum Hotel gab es Kinderspielzeug und Bücher die man nutzen konnte. Auf der Wiese ein kleines, aber auch für 3jährige geeignetes Spielgerüst.

Once you've found a hidden gem like this, what else would you need for a wonderful overnight. We drive through the continent twice a year and plan our trip so that it won't be the "Ruhetag". The padron Markus is a skillful cook, especially with the local dishes. His wines are excellent too, but you have to ask for them. He'll prepare a "Senfrahmsuppe" outside the list, it's our favorite. The rooms are clean, not very spacey, but quiet and confortable. The breakfast is fantastic, Markus offers us a doggy bag knowing we cannot it it all in the morning!

Nice country hotel, if you plan however to wake up ealy next morning, watch out for overnight parties! In my case, I was relocated two times (at my request, of course, they seem not to have thought about it) until I ended up in a room a little smelly (but at least I could sleep).

Der telefonische Kontakt mit dem Hotel war sehr freundlich, die Bilder vielversprechend. Das Personal vor Ort auch recht freundlich, allerdings wurde beim Auschecken wohlweislich nicht gefragt, wie es uns gefallen hat. Auch das Frühstück war anständig. Leider wurden wir dann doch sehr enttäuscht. Das Zimmer selber war 80er Jahre, die Matratzen scheinen ebenfalls aus dieser Zeit zu stammen. Das Badezimmer glänzte vor allem durch Schimmel in der Dusche und rund um das Fenster. Die Handtücher zerschlissen und kaputt. Für warmes Wasser musste man das Wasser minutenlang laufen lassen, der Duschkopf war so verstopft, dass das Wasser dürftig in alle Richtungen verspritzte. Das Zimmer war so hellhörig, dank der schlichten Zimmertür, dass man das Gefühl hatte, andere Gäste würden direkt durch den Raum trampeln samt deren Gebrüll. Auf die Frage nach einem zuckerfreien Süßgetränk wurde mir eine Flasche 1l Cola Light für fünf Euro angeboten, mit den Worten, dass sie diese eigentlich für 11,-€ verkaufen würden. Erbrochenes auf der Wiese rechts vom Parkplatz ist auch nicht gerade ein netter Anblick. Wir werden da auf kein Fall mehr einchecken.
