Superb superb. Very nice, very clean, fantastic atmosphere. Clean rooms, very nice spa, superb bar, very good breakfast, one of the best hotels i have been. The staff is very helpfull and friendly. The room are awsome, the terraces ar huge, the lobby bar is fantastic.

This is our second visit to Hotel Zentral and again our stay was exceptional. We are a group of old friends and each have our own rooms (6 of us on this visit). A family business and it shows.. Excellent Staff in all areas be it check in, Restaurant or Bar. We were Half Board and we would highly recommend that option. The Hotel also organised our Ski Passes as part of the deal. Location is perfect, just 5 Min easy walk from the Ski Bus. Many thanks again for looking after us Team Zentral.

Nachdem ich 2022 meine ersten Erfahrungen im Hotel Zentral sammeln durfte, war ich nicht nur vom Zimmer und Hotelambiente begeistert, sondern vor allem vom Service. Jeder ist hier sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wobei erwähnt werden muss, dass die Anni mich in der Zirbenstube verzaubert hat. Ein ganz besonders aufmerksamer und warmherzig Service. Jeder sollte hier einmal in den Genuss kommen. Als ich nun das zweite Mal, diesmal allein anreiste, war ich mal wieder hellauf begeistert. Sie ist der Grund, warum ich das Hotel immer wieder buchen werde. Vielen Dank für alles.

Met twee gezinnen hebben wij in de voorjaarsvakantie hier verbleven. Wat een heerlijk hotel. Het eten was top, personeel ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, kamers schoon. Het hotel is gezellig door hoe het eruit ziet en hoe het wordt geleid.

We had an incredible stay despite the sketchy snow, the staff are all incredible and attention to detail and service was top notch. I won’t be eating for the next two months due to the endless superb food on offer that was just too hard to resist. The spa facilities are superb too. Fabulous in every way and great value for money.

Everything was fantastic. From the short walk from the train station, to the easy checkin process. The room ( panorama junior suite Kirchberg) was spacious, and well laid out. The soaking tub, huge balcony, comfy pillows and bedding. Breakfast ( included) was delicious fresh eggs, bread, yogurt, fruit, smoked salmon, cereals, coffee, lattes. We did not have dinner there, several wonderful restaurants are a short walk away The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Quick to give directions or make local reservations. The bar area and outdoor patio with a curling rink were fun. I can’t find one fault with this hotel.

- spacious room with balcony - large variety of choice of food - very close to Kirchberg Bahnhof (train station) and bus stop (walking distance on the snow, with ski boots carrying skis is 8-10mins) - spacious wellness area, with 2 sauna rooms and 2 stream rooms - the room cleaning lady had offered the best service. as the down pillows were too soft for me, on day 1, I had made myself a pillow by piling 2 towels. Discovering that, the staff lady made me a special pillow by stuffing a nice blanket into the pillow cover that had provided optimal softness. She had also made different deco everyday which brought us surprises and delights every afternoon when we returned from skiing. Our deep thanks and respect to her.

This hotel is simply outstanding. Rooms are nice with balconies. The shower is huge and warm water comes immediately. You can drink tap water and it is very good quality because comes from mountains. Food is just another outstanding thing. There's plenty of choice for both breakfast and dinner (we had half pansion). even a choice of 5 types of egg and lots of different vegetable salad. We spoke with people who come there regularly because of such service. One of the best hotels I have ever been.
