The facilities are old. Parking is charged. The rooms on the roadside are noisy.

The location served our needs and the room appeared clean upon arrival. However, we have mixed emotions regarding this property. There was a very friendly young man at the front desk who was very caring and helpful. He was wonderful. On the other side, the fire alarm went off at 5AM and when we called the front desk, the first couple times there was no response, then someone hung up on us. In addition, we were told every other day the room would be cleaned. We stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned.

Overall stay was good, lack management presence, issue with free breakfast at FD, service disconnect in F&B during one breakfast, overall staff performance was very good. Room 320 carpet tear at entrance, ATM cash dispensing machine was out of order for our entire stay. Otherwise would recommend this hotel to others. Ie., Olga at front desk was professional and excellent at her job!

Only complaint is no free breakfast of any kind.

The front desk is very friendly, the beds are comfy. The lobby/dining area is great for emails and working.

Check in was quick. Staff was okay, not really friendly. Did not see housekeeping for a couple of day. There wasn’t extra toilet paper in the room. The TV remote did not work and Netflix wasn’t available. The walls are somewhat thin. I could hear the neighbors easily. Breakfast and coffee at the Bistro was good, but expensive.
