I wanted to write again to encourage everyone to give them a second chance after writing a one star review last fall. This stay was the complete opposite of our experience last time—rooms were ready early, very clean and well stocked, great breakfast the next morning. It is my understanding the hotel is under new management and they have done a great job turning the place around!

Property was pretty run down and rooms were outdated. People were drunk going up and down the halls and drunk in pool.

Was in Kirksville for personal business for a week. Enjoyed the property, which was quiet & clean. Raj & Jason were extremely helpful for information about the area. I need to go back in a few weeks, so I will be back and will go back.

The property is not well cared for. There is no cleaning services. We had no towels in our room, no housekeeping services. Had to request new linens and change the bed ourselves. In the pool area, there is standing water on the carpeted floor.
On top of that, our next door neighbors were up partying until 3 am and no one from the desk would address the issue.

The room was disgusting. Breach of smoke. Everything reek of smoke. The tiles in the ceiling in the bathroom more water stain. Toilet handle broke. Just an overall unclean situation. The bed was comfortable.

Everything smelled like cigarettes. It was dingy. The staff was complaining about each other. We were supposed to have two double queen rooms for 4 adults and a child and were given a double queen and a single bed.
