Days Inn by Wyndham Kirksville

This may be top ten dirtiest place I have ever stayed. Light fixtures on the walls were dismantled, mirror in room cracked. No air conditioner in Lobby area. Don’t ask for ice, you would have thought they had to go to Alaska to get it. Disgusting

Check in was good

Upon entering my room, i was surprised to find the window wide open and the stiff wind was blowing the curtains straight out and it was quite cold in the room. I closed the window and all was good until i turned on the television and the remote did not work. I had to manually change the channel on the direct tvbox. Then in the morning i went to take a shower and was surprised to find the faucet in the bathtub completely missing. So i had to bathe in the sink. So not the best experience. However, the hotel itself was quite nice, with a pool, lounge , bar, pool tables,and an arcade. It was also very clean. I wouldn't hesitant to stay again

The service was good. Room was not clean. When my wife layed down on the bed she had bed bugs on her, brought it down to the desk, she offered another room, but if they use the same washer for rest of the hotel there is probably bed bugs in every room. We didn't want to take the chance and bring them home, so we checked out and drove 2 hours back home. I'm expecting at least a partial refund. The company i work for occasionally uses this hotel. Not if we will anymore.

Had bed bugs and charged my card 40$ for a sheet that was already stained when I got there very loud at night

I wanted to write again to encourage everyone to give them a second chance after writing a one star review last fall. This stay was the complete opposite of our experience last time—rooms were ready early, very clean and well stocked, great breakfast the next morning. It is my understanding the hotel is under new management and they have done a great job turning the place around!

Staff was helpful. Shower was refreshing

Very clean and front desk people were polite and friendly. We will stay with them again.

Property was pretty run down and rooms were outdated. People were drunk going up and down the halls and drunk in pool.
