No hot water. I've stayed multiple times in the last several months and either intermittent hot water or none. Today, 2/7/24, none.
Lady at the desk said they "are working on the boiler right now." Given this has been going on for so long, i doubt it.

We had an overnight stay here en route from the St. Louis airport to the Amtrak the following morning. We called ahead to assure available transportation to the train station. The hotel is clean and comfortable and staff was pleasant and helpful. A restaurant/ bar is attached. The Best Western was exactly what we needed.
