Останавливались в отеле, хочу отметить чистоту в номерах, все исправно, приветливый персонал, вкусная кухня в ресторане отеля, хорошее обслуживание, есть завтраки ( разнообразные, сытные) . Вернемся не раз!

Плюсы: Номер чистый, туалетные принадлежности есть ,тапочки и халат присутствуют. Вода в кулер на этаже. Минусы: расположение среди старых домов ,далеко от центра, завтраки в ресторане хуже чем в среднем в отелях по такой же стоимости, отсутствует хлеб, вода. Очень узкий ассортимент. Столы неприбраны, один официант не успевает. Вечернее меню скудное, но качество блюд не плохое.

En tant que Français, la réception m'a beaucoup aidé notamment dans la réservation de taxis dont je n'étais pas un spécialiste, cela avec une grande gentillesse et pour moi cela m'a facilité grandement mon séjour à Kirov où j'ai pu me déplacer grâce à eux sans trop de difficultés. Les chambres sont propres et l'hôtel KIROV est bien tenu. Les petits déjeuners sont très bien.

Добрый день! В августе 2021 г. я и моя семья были проездом в городе Кирове. Остановились в одноимённом отеле. Хотим отметить только плюсы: чистый двухкомнатный номер с удобными кроватями для отличного отдыха, идеально чистое постельное белье, по первому запросу выдали дополнительный комплект полотенец и банный халат, а также чайник и утюг. Предложили бесплатно посетить турецкую баню, находящуюся в этом же комплексе. Стоимость за проживание в отеле вполне приемлемая и ещё приятные бонусы. По отьезду ещё угостили вкусным, свежим печеньем в дорогу. Было очень приятно. Хотели бы выразить огромную благодарность за организацию прекрасного отдыха. Желаем вам процветания, побольше довольных посетителей и здоровья руководству и обслуживающему персоналу. Семья Рудевич
