I had a wonderful vacation. The pools and facilities are lovely and the views are beautiful. The staff are friendly and helpful. Especially "UDI" the manager, who went out of his way to accommodate my request for a wine tasting in English with their sommelier. The breakfast was fabulous and the dinner was delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay at Cramim- my happy place in Jerusalem!

... My mother and I stayed at Cramim hotel during Rosh HaShana holiday. It's a highly aesthetic and beautifully designed place. Everything is clean, the gardens are well taken care of, and the interior design is of a very high level. The rooms are cozy too. The view from the room's windows is pretty, but our room faced some unfinished construction from the neighborhoods around, which was a pity (but isn't the hotel's fault). Service is absolutely excellent, every question is answered and we felt comfortable to ask for things, everyone is friendly, helpful, professional and nice- specially Jacob, who was particularly friendly to us, and Einat from the shop. The hotel has 3 swimming pools- one inside and two outside, a hot tub and a sauna- all well maintained, clean and cozy. The gym and Yoga studio are quite modest, the gym is equipped with bikes and running devices but not with much equipment for strength exercises. The spa treatment floor is quiet and you will find there armchairs, hot and cold tea and relaxing music. The spa offers a variety of treatments too. The hotel's breakfast is excellent, diverse, and everything is fresh and tasty- salads, cheese, eggs, fruits and sweet baked goods, absolutely fantastic. At dinner you will find a variety of meat and fish dishes, but only one vegan main course (I suggest as an improvement to offer more vegetarian-vegan dishes at dinner). However, most salads and side dishes are suitable for people who don't eat meat, and you'll find a variety of those. Beds are very comfortable and you can even order a pillow from a pillow menu. Rooms are well equipped and we even received a little cake, chocolate and a new air diffuser. We enjo

We came with amazing expectations… and I was disappointed. The pool and spa and massages are excellent however… The food looked amazing but it was nothing out of the ordinary. The staff were slow and despite being friendly , they took ages to bring drinks etc. the front reception again friendly but provided wrong information. Mohammed was extremely helpful at the front desk after as was the manager but we were not the only ones who felt like that. To keep the standard of what is meant to be a top exclusive hotel they must improve food and service. To be honest.. I really would choose other places over this until they get back up to what seemed to be fantastic a while back.

Having stayed at the Isrotel Beresheet in Mitzpah Ramon we had similar high hopes for Cramim. We were attending a wedding in Jerusalem and thought this was an opportunity to try another from the chain. The hotel itself was ok. The room was acceptable, clean, the bed was firm but comfortable. The staff on check in were pleasant. The views were very nice but if you aren’t in to wine, there’s not much point in accepting the inconvenience of the distance from Jerusalem. I wouldn’t consider it a jersusalem hotel at all. Food at breakfast was good but very busy and not if the same standard as beresheet. I did like the look area with 3 different pools on close proximity to one another. Overall the stay was a 3/5 maybe a 4. I have given this hotel a 1/5 rating because of an incident that has left a sour taste in my mouth. This was an exclusive an expensive hotel but I feel totally unappreciated as a high paying customer. My wife accidentally left her expensive hair straighteners in the room. Luckily we did not immediately return to England but went on to a hotel in Herzliya. I emailed as I have no way of calling an Israeli number but got no response and thought it needed urgent handling before the room was cleared and the item not stored/allocated to our name. For convenience I had my aunt ring up and explain the situation as she is fluent in Ivrit whereas I don’t speak a word. I asked her into ask them to send it (at my expense of course) to my Herzliya hotel or even to her home address in Eilat as we expected to visit her very soon. They flatly refused. Under no circumstances would they send it. They would keep it for three months for me under a collection number I could give at reception but that’s it. I could not believe the complete inflexibility of policy of a hotel that thinks it can operate at this level of cost and exclusivity. An absolute joke. I had no option but to take three to four hours out of the remainder of my holiday and drive back to Cramim from Herzliya to collect the item. I did that but it was not without further harassment and disappointment. I arrived at the sliding gates to be greeted by a security guard who spoke zero English (at a hotel full of foreign tourists?). He shouted at me for the best part of 5 mins refusing to let me despite me quoting the number I had been told to provide. So, once again I got my aunt to the rescue and out her on loud speaker so she could explain to him what I was trying to do. He shouted at her for another five minutes talking over her as she tried to explain my reason for wanting to come in. Eventually he radioed someone else on security who was able to understand what I wanted and let me in but not without shouting “no parking” at me????? The people on the desk were pleasant about the missing item and efficiently handed it to me but by this point I was livid and decided to share my feelings publicly. Note to Isrotel, go get your general manager of Beresheet to teach Cramim about h
