東京湾に近く夜景を含めて綺麗です
木更津駅には15分ぐらい
近くにコンビニあり 食事は割と早い時間に閉まるところが多い
注意が必要
駐車場は完備されており ゴルフの前泊には良いかも

建物の古さは致し方ないとしても、清潔面は比例しないと思います。どんだけ使ってなかったんだよ⁉️というくらい、至るところ埃が溜まってました。
駅からは少し歩きますが、近くにドラッグストアSEIMSとLAWSONがあり、宿泊した部屋が最上階の7階海側だったので、眺望は良かったです。廊下には給茶機と電子レンジがあり、給茶機は、お湯と冷水、数種類の茶が選べます。
フロントスタッフも親切でした。

全国支援で泊まりました。その日は雨で、バスを乗り継いで行きました。知らない土地なので緊張もしていましたが、全国支援のための手続きとかで、フロントの方が怒り狂っていて、とても怖い思いをしました。知らない土地ですのでキャンセルするとまた怒られるかという勢いでした。逃げたかった。建物は古く、働いている人も古い人たちばかり。笑顔はまずあり得ませんでした。客の方がマシでした。ドリンクサービスといってますが、ウォーターサーバーとお茶があるだけ。期待したものとは程遠かった。夜9時ごろから12時ごろまでネットがつながりませんでした。フロントに確認したところ、やはり、『若い者の方がわかるだろう』、という態度でした。自分たちにはわからない、ということを言っていました。親戚の家に泊まっているみたいでした。お金が取られているので、恐喝か何かでしょう。
