Hello. In my opinion, it is not at the level of a 5-star hotel. From the problems of the hotel, the service is extremely low. Renting out the swimming pool and the club in such a way that the hotel guests could not use it. The door was broken and when we protested, they came and covered the holes in the door with paper tape!!!!!! When we placed an order from the menu at the hotel's coffee shop, when they brought us to our room, they changed our order with their own personal opinion and spilled ice cream etc. around the glasses to such an extent that it was impossible to touch it. We waited for hours to have a soap. In the end, we didn't say anything. In the end, one of the staff members secretly brought us two soaps in plastic bags instead of accepting money, as if they were moving a secret cargo. Extremely poor quality breakfast with extremely bad material that did not change during all 5 days of your stay. You couldn't sit on the sofas in the room, it was full of stains and dirt like the passenger houses in the middle of the road. In the end, Alki calculated 6 mineral water on the room bill and calculated an additional 100,000 tomans, which when we protested, they returned 30,000 tomans to us after a week. This is nothing but theft. We raised these problems with the hotel, Top Tours representative, and management, but not only did they not follow up, but they didn't care. I am sorry for the long time of Kish hotels, which charge exorbitant amount of money with these conditions and low quality, and then complain about the lack of travelers to Kish.
