Location terrific- My husband and I can walk to friends and families homes. Beds are comfy and you can adjust to your preference of soft or firm. Breakfast with the owners is always nice. Love the artwork and charm of this home. It is our first choice when we stay overnight. Happy New Year and thanks for a great Christmas- From Karen and Tony.

I just returned from a long weekend at Kapp and Kappy B&B. It's a wonderful place where I immediately felt comfortable and at home. The hosts were extremely generous in planning their space with a living and dining area for guests filled with complimentary snacks, hot and cold beverages, wine and beer. Anything I needed (scotch tape and a phone charger) was openly available for me to use. My room was large, clean and nicely decorated. There was a coffee maker and mini fridge in my room. My hosts were responsive to any questions I had and anything I needed. It's located in easy walking distance (10 minutes) to historic downtown Kissimmee full of restaurants and 3 antique stores. I will be back in the Orlando area again next year and will definitely return to Kapp and Kappy's.

Loved it here. Beautiful B&B. Reminded me of the old Cow Town Kissimmee. Great Food, loved the art and butterfly garden. The room was so cool, steel horse room. Tom and Christi great hosts. Close to the historic downtown and lake front. Be back soon😍Thank you for a wonderful time.
