The water park and activities are the best part of this is experience. The beds are uncomfortable, not enough pool towels, not enough pillows, and not enough blankets.

Was a beautiful time to go, staff were very nice! Lots to do and everything is close by. Only issue was the ac would go in sleep mode and get so hot to sleep I had to keep getting up to adjust it.

The property is convenient to Disney parks and central around many dining options. Easy access to I-4 as well. Staff was excellent and the unit was clean and perfectly setup for our family’s needs.

Not horrible but there are better options. Room was very dated and this was supposed to be an “upgraded room”. I should have paid more attention to the location, it is pretty far from Universal Studios. Staff was friendly except for them coming into the room unannounced at 9:30am asking why we hadn’t checked out yet. I had requested a late checkout and they said they late checkout was at 10:30 (after they came in at 9:30). Overall, there are better options. It’s kind of in the middle of nowhere. Can’t comment on the waterslides as they were down for maintenance (which we were only told about a couple of days before we arrived).

We had a great time. Clean and well organized. The pools, game room fitness center were great.. pools and slides especially good for the kids. Lots of nature and close to everything, even saw an alligator in the water by my hotel room. We will surely head back there next time around.
