This is our last nights stay at the hotel and couldn't recommend it enough after being here for 2 weeks. We visited with our two children, 14 and 11 as we were going to both Disney and Universal. First of all our tour operator hadn't booked our room, which was rather stressful after being awake for more than 20 hours. Whilst the children were upset, they received an Easter egg which made them happy. Both Omar and Heather went above and beyond and contacted our tour operator for us. We had to book the room ourselves as our tour operator couldn't do anything for us so late in the day. We were reassured that we could leave our bags within the room the following day whilst they awaited our operator to pay for the room. Thankfully this was sorted before we departed for Disney for the day. We all enjoyed our breakfasts in the morning and the staff were very friendly. The children especially enjoyed the Disney waffles. On the occasions we did use the Disney Shuttle, it turned up circa 0915 where it would pick up at a number of hotels. This was a good option for days where we were not in a rush. We also regularly used Lyft to return to the hotel which we found rather than the return service later in the evening. We also ventured over to Universal, again we utilised Lyft as there is no shuttle service for this theme park. Walmart was within walking distance There are plenty of places to eat nearby, we did walk on a number occasions, again, we used Lyft for further afield places. You can order food in should you not wishing to venture out. Rooms were always cleaned, no complaints whatsoever. We used the swimming pool which is shared which the children enjoyed when we came back home early. Laundry is priced at $3 for the washing machine and a further $3 for the dryer. Thanks again for Omar and Heather and everyone else who works on reception. You've really completed our holiday for us. This hotel was perfect for our needs and I wouldn't hesitate booking this hotel again should we return. Dan, Victoria, Josh and Rose
