Breakfast was amazing for a hotel. The pool is open until 11pm which is fabulous. Staff are super friendly and helpful. It’s our 2nd stay here and we will be back next year!

Clean Rooms and a good breakfast!

The receptionist is very kind and accommodating. The location of the hotel is also good.

The room is big enough. The layout is good, the hotel's external environment is good, and there are many shopping restaurants nearby. The breakfast is average.

Hello The rooms and common areas were clean. The employees were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is not overly rich, but it is not so bad that you will be hungry either. ***et was in a good location in terms of location

Great value for money. The hotel is located very close to DisneyWorld - there is also a supermarket and other service shops nearby. Clean and pleasant. I recommend 100%

No air conditioning. Teeny, old elevator that took forever to get to a floor - had to use the stairs. No lounge chairs by pool. Toilet broken. Was charged a “resort fee” of $7 per day by front desk clerk then removed when manager said that was a FALSE charge…. Will NEVER stay here again!

The room was not well cleaned. My allergies bothered me extremely bad while in the room, even though it was suppose to be a pet free hotel. The bathroom was extremely slippery when it got wet, which due to the shower spraying all over the floor, that was constant. The area around the hotel would not be a place I would feel comfortable walking around. There was an after hours club across from the parking lot that was very loud.

Whirlpool was nice and the pancake maker. The pool is cool, but not really clean. The iceing was empty. And the elevator was really old.

Ran out of towels for the pool constantly. Had no milk or OJ the 1st two breakfasts there. Saw several cockroaches. Staff is nice but several speak no english. Not a good representation of Best Western Plus

Please don’t make suffer other guests with this Hotel, take it out of your suggestions.. we stayed there 4 nights not once the went to clean the room even though we asked for it many times… terrible experience if your traveling with kids and expect a little brake from home duties

All of the staff were friendly, rooms were clean. Walmarts across the street, walking distance to a couple stores. Just wish there was some more seating/ lounge chairs outside. I will stay again!

Check in very slow. I only saw one attendant (front desk) 24 hrs. Seems that he was the inly employee there! Good breakfast but the attendants were slow on a weekend you needed to have everything restock right away. Cleanliness not well you can see few roaches on the hallway and few roaming near the door looking for food. I guess they don’t do pest control! Location is great close to everything. And rooms we’re comfortable and spacious I would suggest a bigger drawer for thise that wants to unpack the clothes.
