We reserved a room for an employee months ago for a conference. The day of her arrival we received an email saying due to unforeseen circumstances including overbooking the hotel they did not have a room for her and had moved her to a doubletree that was 40 minutes away. We tried via email and phone to get them to honor the booked reservation and get her either a room in their hotel or one close by and they refused. We had to find a hotel of another brand ourselves and book her a room there so she would not have to be 40 minutes from the multi-day conference. This type of situation should never happen. We had a confirmation and reservation. Since we had to go to another brand we are not even sure they will cover the cost as they had only offered to comp the doubletree. Very disappointing and unacceptable service.

Hotel tres bien situe et beneficiant d un parking gratuit. Le petit déjeuner est correct Par contre nous avons été déçu pour 1.hotel hampton inn : hôtel qui mériterai une rénovation. Chambre pas très propre , pas de vmc dans la salle de bain, lit qui grince . Sale de pdj frigorifique Et menage qui n a ete fait qu'1x en 4 nuits.. systématiquement obligée de demander à ce que l on nous change les serviettes à la réceptions puisqu elles ne sechaient pas faute d aération

Unreadable hospitality! Diamond, Kevin, and Gabby are truly hidden gems and the company is lucky to have them. It was a trip with a lot going on and the consistency of smiles, with efficient service and how the staff works together to bless us all. Thank you for being a blessing to me and my family during our past stay. We will definitely be back and spreading the word!

This hotel is not very good. We arrived when there was no hot water and that is not their fault but.. the rooms are dirty, the Wi-Fi doesn’t work, the toilets are not working properly, the pool was dirty and someone from the hotel staff decided to vacuum late in the evening so we couldn’t sleep. We got a little discount because of the water problem but that wasn’t so bad. All the other things combined were just awful. My advice.. don’t go there.

Our stay at this property was very good. The front desk associates were very accommodating and upgraded our room from a 2 queen bed hotel room to a 2 queen bed studio suite. The room was very large and nicely appointed. Our only complaint was the toilet that was not working properly and had to be serviced 3 times during our stay. The breakfast each day was excellent with a good variety of hot items like scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon as well as waffles, pastry, fruit, cereal etc. While this property is a bit older and could use some updating, we found it clean and a good value. Would stay here again.
