The room was relatively comfortable, however it smelled strongly of tobacco, and the door kept fighting back, as well as not acknowledging my room key. Needless to say this hotel made me fight for my stay, but I don't regret staying there, it was a fun and enlightening experience.

Love it super clean and remodel rooms with full size fridge and air fryer microwaves. Walk from the parking to a massive food truck park with great food. 2 min driving to old town Kissimmee. Will definitely be staying here again

Not very customer friendly. The location is the best part of the stay, close to food, pharmacy and supermarket. The pool area is nice and the laundry works.The thing that spoils the stay is all the additional charges from linen change to housekeeping. There is also a $100 deposit which is immediately charged to your card, not as “ hold” to your card. Watch out for this if you are on a tight budget. Initially I was going to use this place as a “snowbird” winter location but due to the extra charges I’ll use an alternate place . I’ve also only had $50 of my deposit returned, we did not leave any damage as I photographed everything before we left. Again this may be due to their policy of retaining part of the deposit depending on the length of the stay.The place is now called Stayable Suites West.

This place looks to have been recently remodeled. It is very nice inside. The beds weren't that comfortable, but for the price I can't complain. The staff was nice and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
