Very nice area! Staff are always so friendly and helpful. We stayed in one of the properties on the right and everything is so quiet.

We enjoyed the Villas at Fortune Place - 2 pools, 1 hot tub and a kiddie spray pool. Clean rooms, quiet week to be there (April). We enjoyed Disney attractions, kayaking at Shingle Creek, ICON park, and golfing all less than 50 mins. away.

Location is easy to get to close to groceries and also to parks Pool areas are nice and roomy lots of loungers and tables Lots of outside games It was a very good week Parking passed should be given at check in and it y a third party.

We stayed here from March 16-23, and had a great time with the grandkids. I loved the fact that I had a lounge chair, and table with an umbrella, any time of the day. It was quiet, and relaxing. Nice view out back, and nice kitchen, except needs a bigger coffee pot. Bring your own toiletries, too, because all they provide is soap. Not even Kleenex. No shampoos or conditioner. Luckily, I brought some.

If you want to trade a week/points on your timeshare, this place is the pits. The website shows a much different unit then what you will get. The 2nd bedroom only has one bed. It is on one floor. Our unit faced a mini mall and our bedroom had overhead lights from the mall glaring in our bedroom all night. There is no shampoo/conditioner/ or tissues available for the guests. I will say that the front desk and the Maintenace staff were very nice. Our refrigerator was not working, and it was replaced (although with one that had rust over the side of it) immediately. The pool area is very nice.

The resort is old and the interiors have not been modernized. They have very old appliances and cheap interiors. The place is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Far away from Orlando attactrations.

We took a chance exchanging here but was it worth it. Yes you sometimes here a plane fly over but I don't hear traffic noise as one reported. The unit was very clean and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Very relaxing place to stay. Will be back for sure.

Staff very friendly. Beds could have been a bit more comfortable but not bad. Kitchen could have used a few more items, like Scissors, a big bowl or two. Glass dining table should maybe be changed. If young kids might be a bit unsafe.
