It was a great home away from home. Thanks you for helping me and my family make memories on my birthday week

Amazing , love how easy was to check in the rooms are super clean and great for big families . Love that it has space between the kids and the grow ups . I would recommend that you take groceries . The are have restaurants but if you go to the parks when you come back the only place open is McDonald. But the property is amazing cant wait to stay there again .

Everything was amazing, other than the mattresses. They really skipped quality and comfort on those in the unit we stayed in. Terrible spring mattresses, maybe 2inches thick. Comparable to hospital cots. 😬 LOVED the pool and spa. Definitely nice relaxing there this weekend. We will visit again.

well, I have been staying at this property for years and sadly it seems to have been "let go". Carpets were stained the ceiling was stained from water damage. If you look closely at the wall behind the toilet paper you would more than likely feel sick. We went to use the dishwasher before we left and that leaked water all over the floor. there seem to be light switches everywhere that don't do anything. You can hear dripping in the ceilings. The rooms are very outdated my computer monitor is bigger than the Tv's supplied in the bedrooms. This place is in a prime location and is rather cheap and it would once again be a great place to take your family if it were updated and deep cleaned. The employees however were very nice security was very friendly giving you a smile and a wave every time you left or entered the property. Now I was called from staff asking how the stay was the night before we checked out, but I was at a restaurant so I was short with her and was expecting to give all this information to the staff member at the desk the next morning, however when it was time for checkout I stood at the desk for a few minutes until I finally knocked on the desk rather than waiting for the employee to be done playing on her phone to notice me, then she crossed my name out and told me to drop my key cards in the basket and no questions were asked about the stay nor was their further conversation so I left. So sadly I think this was my last stay at the Caribe Cove resort.

Room was filthy, multiple surfaces thick with dust. Hairs in a bed, shower, sink. Dead bugs and cobwebs in corners. Squashed bugs on walls and doors. dead mosquitos on a lampshade also thick with dust. Blinds to the patio were broken and part missing replacement was promised but did not arrive. Parts of the floor did not fit and bits were missing, found thrown in a cupboard. Sofas were disgusting, stained and broken, looked like they had been rescued from a rubbish dump, spent 3 weeks there and nobody would sit in them. One bedroom had tv remote missing. Reception has free dvds to rent but no player in the apartment. Multiple plug sockets not working. One bedroom had no fan so had to have aircon on which made the other room too cold as that had a fan. Patio fan broken. Full oven provided but no cooking trays or dishes so oven was totally useless. Drawers in one bedroom had handles missing and had to opened using screws. All the furniture was worn out or broken. sink unit in the bathroom looked like a blind joiner had built it.. Very noisy diesel lawn cutter at 7.30 am. This is a rental apartment so a reasonable amount of wear and tear is acceptable but this was truly disgusting. The apartments are privatly owned and I would be ashamed to rent this. The rental company obviously have very low standards to have this on their books. Worst apartment I have ever stayed in in over 20 years travelling to Florida, All this was reported to reception and we asked to be moved. Didn't happen

The good: We stayed from March 23-29. Overall the stay was good was a very quiet place which we like and fairly close to Disney. The apartment was HUGE. The Bad: The age of some of the stuff in our room my husband nearly died laughing at the age of the tv’s The remotes didn’t even work it’s been a long time since we’ve had to get up and push a button on the tv for volume. We also brought our laptop to connect to the tv via HDMI so we could watch the Canada soccer game… the TVs were so old that they were made before HDMI was even a thing. The ugly: #1. the pull out couch. It was supposed to be a room that slept 6 and on our last night there we did have 5 people. My brother in law pulled out the couch and it was broken! Like VERY broken and not useable. So we had to put the mattress on the floor for them to sleep on. #2. The traffic in the area! 192 is a disaster making this resort not all that easy to get to. The parks are 25 mins to get TO but over an hour to get BACK from. #3. Check out is 10am which we didn’t realize (our bad) we thought it was 11am like every other hotel we’ve ever stayed at and we would have been out at 11 on the dot. At 10:50 my husband got a call from front desk where the person calling was pretty rude and said we had to “get out NOW” so we grabbed everything in our arms and finished packing our last bit of stuff in the trunk of our car. Most of our issues happened in the last 24 hours of our stay which is why I said at the beginning that is was “mostly good” but this resort does need some MAJOR upgrades! It was not “bad” but we won’t be back.

We stayed here for 6 weeks while I did some work in the area. The layout was great, close to everything, but we had issues with several appliances not working and the beds being broken. The real issue is after our stay. We forgot an work ipad, we’re happy to pay the fee to mail it back, but they blew us off and said dheh didn’t find it. We tracked it back to the resort, but now the phone line is dead. We also had a shipment of diapers accidentally shipped their, and were again happy to pay a fee to have them sent back to us. For a week the phones have been disconnected, with no way to contact the resort. I emailed Vacasa, nothing. Finally left a comment on their Facebook and they messaged me that they would reach out to the resort, but could not give me a number. I had literally called a week earlier, but now they have disconnected all phone lines and will not let me speak directly to the front desk. Now we have a few hundred dollars of items sitting their and have not heard anything. It’s a cheap stay, but there is something a little sketchy when you try to reach literally anyone.

We were comfortable, felt safe, REALLY enjoyed all of the space, and it was the perfect spot to call home for 11 nights. We will definitely be back. EXCELLENT location about 10 minute drive from Animal Kingdom.
