전반적으로는 낫밷인데 3박 4일동안 하우스키핑 한 번도 안 해주고 수건도 안줬어오.. 정말 가성비 숙소~ 조식 포함 옵션으로 예약했는데 조식은 생각보다 아주 굳!

My room wasn’t cleaned once in the 5 days I was there. I requested it on the 3rd day and was told they had no availability.
I tried to check in half an hour early and they told me they could do it for 40$
Some of the staff were great, but most couldn’t care less.

O check in é às 16h. Cheguei às 14:30 e perguntei se poderia entrar um pouco antes. A recepcionista, nada simpática, disse que teria que pagar 40 dólares para entrar mais cedo. O café da manhã começa às 7:00, que era o horário em que eu costumava ir. Minha família ia às 07:45 e reclamavam que alguns itens já estavam faltando. Pra mim, o hotel é bom e oferece um bom café da manhã para o padrão americano. Mas minha família reclamou muito do hotel. Limpeza no quarto a cada 3 dias e só se pedir um dia antes. Pedir para trocar as toalhas e o atendimento foi bem rápido. O hotel não é ruim, mas não pretendo retornar.
