Worst hotel I have ever seen in the USA.

I booked through *******, as they don't answer their phones, and I thought Days Inn would be good. The room was okay, but the door handle kept coming off, I was charged cash on top of what I paid through TripAdvisor. I don't recommend it unless you want to pay double and don't mind having to keep fixing the handle. Wyndham was no help, only giving an email address that was never answered, and a phone number that also was never answered. I had one call that was only answered once since I left, only to have them hang up on me. There also was no reminder anywhere as to when checkout was, would not visit again.

Me hospede junto a, mi esposo una semana por vacaciones, este lugar se veía bien en las fotos y lo que me ofrecieron por el precio que no es tan económico, en los 7 días nunca fueron a limpiar la habitación ni el baño, apestaba a moho, nunca cambiaron las sábanas, no suplieron los artículos como toallas, jabones , papel de baño etc.. El televisor no tiene Internet. La primera noche nos despertó una pelea de afuera, al parecer de una habitación contigua. Nunca nos preguntaron nada después que hicimos check in hasta el check-out.. Muy mala experiencia.

The property is terrible. Everything is dirty and there is a dirt on the floor. Bedding was not fresh. There was no water in one of the rooms. We arrived at 11pm and had to cancel our stay (we had a reservation for 5 days) first thing next morning. Property promised full refund but we did not get it yet.

They said we was Betty pull the property with daily. They do not clean the room. You have to go downstairs and give you the towel it was it was very sad.

The whole hotel experience was horrible. They did not have any breakfast, the coffee was cold, the milk container had layers of stain milk around the containers. The room smelt really bad, it smelted musty. The bed sheets had stains on it and mold spots. Majority of the furniture had built up dusk and was broken. The shower curtain had mold on the bottom. The water pressure from the shower and sink barely came out. The front door barely closed, we had to put a chair behind the door. The front desk individual tried to sell us a room that had a leaking toilet. Which he tried to fix it in-front of us and then claim that it's not that broken we couldn't used the toilet as much. There's no easy access for handicaps.

Looks nothing like their pictures and most definitely not a place for kids. Arrived with my 7 year old and when we got to our room there was a really bad odor. We walked around a bit and she accidentally touched a cockroach. There was no way we were able to sleep there overnight so we looked for another hotel. I asked for a refund and the front desk guy seemed understanding and said he couldn’t refund me for all 4 nights but he would refund me for 3 and he never did
