We have stayed here multiple times over the past 10 or more years and have always had great experiences (and left positive reviews) until this trip. We checked in without any issues and went to a park for the day. When we returned for the evening and turned down the bed the mattress protector zipper was broken and completely unzipped allowing it to hang loosely. As soon as we got into bed the fitted sheet slid off at the top corners because the mattress protector wouldn’t stay on due to the broken zipper. I went to the front desk the next morning and asked that the mattress protector be replaced. The girl at the front desk seemed very uninterested and said she would let housekeeping know. She didn’t even ask what room, I had to tell her. When we returned that night the bed had been made, but the mattress protector had not been replaced. I went to the front desk and explained the situation to a different lady and was told that there wasn’t anyone there from housekeeping , but she would let them know tomorrow morning (very disinterested) and again didn’t even ask for the room number. The next day was an exact repeat of the previous. So after 3 nights the mattress protector was never replaced, and we slept with the sheet and protector wadded up under our pillows. As we were leaving on the last morning I stopped by the desk to check out and was barely acknowledged with a half smile and okay when we left. We already had two other reservations booked here for later this year, but I’m not sure if we will keep them after this visit.

Muy buena ubicación, cerca de los parques de Disney. A su alrededor hay muchos lugares para comer. Un hotel limpio y bien cuidado, con amplio estacionamiento. El personal muy atento y el desayuno bueno.

nice room at first glance! the shower have someone hair in the tub! gross… the bedding was not comfortable rough material. the mattress was not comfortable. we were only here a few days so i didn’t say anything. i do think Embassy Suites would have had a better impression. the breakfast was horrible. my husband is not a picky eater and he wouldn’t eat it. the bananas weee all brown. who puts that out for guests.
