I think it’s going to depend on what building you get.they have several buildings and to reach ours you had to go through another hotels parking lot.It was right next to a busy road.Once you get into your condo they forget about you .We had the tiniest little bugs in our room we ask them to spray also the bathroom sink had no hot water,and both TVs had big white circles on them.We told them about it they said they would check it out . They were never replaced since we were going to the parks every day we just suffered through.

They don't care! Checked in two days ago, the person at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. In fact we found everyone that worked there to be helpful professional and polite. They were all 5 star, Sorry to say that's where the stars end. The rooms are small and run down. Bathroom is tiny. Two people can not fit in the kitchen.Furniture is cheap and uncomfortable. No dish soap or sponges. Nothing for the washer or dishwasher. No sprayer on the sink. the elevator takes 4 minutes to go up 3 floors. No garbage bags. Very limited utensils. Just overall sub-par. We go to resorts in The Orlando area 3 or 4 times a year and this is the worst. Very poorly designed floor plan.

Staff is helpful and friendly. There are several smaller pools with different slides and squirting features for the children. So if when pool got crowded, we could always just walk a couple meters and find another pool. This resort is walking distance to Walmart and there's a hundred unique places to eat and shop very close by

Stayed here a couple times. Has never been too busy. Rooms are fairly clean and the grounds are well kept.

Enjoyed watching Superbowl by the pool. It was a very busy place on weekends. Good for kids but not adults seeking to relax. Mini golf needs to be replaced, bathrooms should be redone. 3BR unit good size.
