Solo experience. Normally stay at the holiday next door and was excited to stay here. worst experience Kim at the front desk was great she just moved my room 2 doors down but Sharon the housekeeping does not clean. Beg bug and wrapped in sheets very disappointing now need to invest on how to get rid of them.

Overnight staff are very rude and blame you for other peoples doing. Super uncalled for and let kids be unsupervised by there parents running around calling people the N word.

Felt somewhat unsafe traveling here alone. There was a LOT of noise coming from the street or parking lot all night and my room smelled terribly of smoke, complete with cigarette burns on the bed. The latch lock on my door was a little busted, with the screw vey loose like it had been damaged previously. Front desk staff was VERY nice however!!

The only thing unique about this property was that it was in a tourist area but the rooms and the hotel itself is unclean and out-dated for the area

The first room we were putting in was filthy, not clean, dirty sheets. How’s it going to front with a nice lady who Duffy went out of her way to ensure we had a better day and a better clean room. There was just a lot of ruckus outside the room and around my vehicle, which I was an easy about.
