Excellent place to stay. in every respect All went as expected. Garden common areas need better care.

The worst part of this stay is that a very large maintenance man entered our villa without knocking and unannounced while my husband had stepped out He used his key to slowly open our door. Once he realized I was in the living room with my daughter he said sorry and quickly closed the door. I called the front desk immediately and asked to speak with the manager. Upon speaking with her, she said she would find out what happened and call me back. She called back and said the maintenance worker meant to enter the villa next door. She offered a lukewarm apology. This is completely unacceptable. He knows the property. There are huge numbers outside of the door for each villa. No way it was a mistake. The way he entered our villa was in a quiet, sneaky way. I watched him leave through our window and he never even entered the villa next door. What if I was getting undressed or in the shower? Also, there are reserved parking spaces in front of each villa that are numbered. Our truck was gone because my husband had stepped out. Was he casing the joint because he thought no one was there? We will escalate to corporate. Will never stay here again!! They nickel and dime for every little thing! They don’t replenish any supplies like toilet paper, paper towels soap, conditioner, dishwasher pods, etc. They charge an astronomical fee for housekeeping. There are absolutely no activities or amenities at this resort. One of the worst places we’ve ever stayed for the price!Never, ever again!

Modern, clean, and very roomy. Will definitely be coming back!

Fabulous accommodation, complete with hot tub,( though few problems with that). Fantastically positioned for all the parks. Discovery Cove really close too. We are out in the evenings but we breakfasted like kings and queens as there is a huge Walmart a short distance ( via Uber) away. Would have been improved if there had been a sweeping brush( yes there was a hoover, which we used, but you can’t hoover the patio) think the fine yellow sand got into hot tub. There is a need for a mop to keep that area dryer. One slip and pride hurt but could have been worse. On the whole fabulous place to stay!

I have been putting our golf trip together for the last 30 some years and this was some of the best units and location I have found and will now be considered home base for our trip. Very friendly staff
