Nice Budget Family Hotel ....but cleanliness seemed to be an issue, musty & dusty rooms, dated furniture. Booked a 4 night stay in advance, had to leave after the first night without any refunds or resolutions by the hotel. Horrible customer service.

pues relativamente todo bien si quitamos de lado que no regresaron el deposito y no dieron una razon por la cual, otra cosa es que no tenian la cafetera, no hacen el aseo diario ni pidiendolo, y solo llevaron toallas limpias por que se pidieron y papel higienico si no quieres batallar mejor lleva el tuyo por que nos dejaron 2 papeles para 3 dias, la gente es bilingue y amable, pero el servicio si esta para reflexionar...

Our stay in the resort was beneath our hopes.
Rooms are clean but sort of old.
Bathroom are small, the bath curtain is just a piece of nylon, there is almost no cost to replace it with a nice PVC double curtain or a glass division.
We stayed 10 days, room service was suppose to take place each three days, despite asking the personnel to convey the message nobody came to make the room, just once in ten days.
The employees are polite.
A special mention to Daily at the front desk, always trying to find a solution for each problem.
Breakfast has a poor food selection, a better bet is to go somewhere else to eat.

This lace never disappoints! The staff is so kind and professional. The rooms are clean and beautiful. Any time we are in Kissimmee we always stay here! 10/10
