Waited 5 minutes for the front desk attendant to come out and check me in. She wrote the room info down on a torn up piece if scrap paper and handed me the keys with that instead of giving me the keys in one of the little folders most hotels use. There was hair in the bed. Very, very soft pillows, that 3 of which added up to about 1 normal pillow. Bed wasnt comfortable and AC was noisy. Most stations on the TV didnt come in. Overally not a good experience.

Daria uma nota 7.0, pros: perto dos parque disney, hotel é novo, tem cozinha no quarto, recebem encomendas da Amazon sem cobrança extras, estacionamento disponível sem custos, nao usou pré taxa no cartão de crédito, 20 min universal, Walmart bem pertinho e outros fast food. Contra: como tem cozinha nos quartos, os corredores ficam com cheiros de comida, o hotel aceita cachorros, entao sempre fica um cheirinho de cachorro nos corredores, utensílios para cozinha extremamente de baixa qualidade…. Para lavar as toalhas e roupa de camas, vc mesmo tem que levar para a recepção, ai eles lavam e lhe devolvem a noite.. de certa forma acho bom, porque ninguém entra no seu quarto pra limpar ai vc nao corre o risco de ser roubado… eu mesmo limpava o chão do quarto passando pano com produto de limpeza, gastava 2 min do meu dia e tava tudo certo.

I guess the card I used did not reserve booking, when I called the hotel to confirm they said they had it and overnight staff said I could check in early. Flew in with 5 kids 3 under 3 and drove 1.5 hours from Orlando airport got there and said sorry, you can't check in. Room my sister had bloody underwear that wasn't disposed of. the shower head fell off and almost hit my newphew's head.They compensated for that $100.00 but this place is for people who just want to stay if they don't have homes or something..they don't clean the room daily and if you want clean towels 1 time they will clean, second time they charge. go to a regular hotel if you have family.

From check in the staff was extremely extremely rude we stayed for about a week and it was towards the end of my stay that I witnessed the front desk gentleman call a customer an obscene inappropriate name. Will never stay at this property again…. With all of the competition in the area definitely save your money and go to a different property.
