This resort needs to be shutdown and renovated from head to toe. The property is horrible. I didn't actually stay there, I reserved it for a friend.

Horrible, they have cockroaches, it smells like cigarettes even though the room is non-smoking, windows with graffiti... What kind of "resort" is this...

This place was horrific. The first room I was given, the front door was rotten and wouldn't close properly. The bathroom door was rotten and was falling apart. There was hole in the wall. The parking lot wasn't lit at all. I am a single mom traveling alone with my teenage daughter. I was offered another room and it was in significantly better shape, however I just didn't feel safe staying there. I ended booking another hotel.

The location is very close to Disney World and there are many restaurants nearby. However, the hotel is in poor condition. There is only one waiter at the front desk and the waiting time is relatively long. The room hygiene was poor, there were cockroaches, and the carpet was dirty. Room WIFI is intermittent. Generally speaking, the price is cheap and the location is good. If you don't mind the poor room facilities, it's okay.

Moldy smelly roaches non working phones the toilet wouldn't flush and the lamp was missing a bulb. Dirty stained carpets stained blankets moldy smelling air-conditioning
