Manager was on site to give me a tour of the facility including where the laundry services were ! Some smart TVs would be great ! There are many children that play in that hotel , maybe different programs will help in entertaining them . Love the hotel size and how sociable Everyone is

This place was horrible. If this is the type of place
******* promotes, then I’m using another website in the future. The bed had food and black bugs crawling around. The shower did not have a curtain, no trash cans, no toilet tissue, no blankets and filth everywhere. We could only use one bed because the second one was so nasty. In addition, when I checked out, I was stung on my ear by a bee in their office. I have documented photos of the nasty place and the bee sting.

It was terrible. We went into the room for a few minutes and decided we could not stay there. 2 channels on the TV, no blankets on the beds, (we had to ask for them!), toilet only worked after messing around with it and the place was dirty and not nice. We went to the office and it was locked up tight ay 6 pm. I called and talked to their "maintenance" person and h said they would send someone right over. It never happened. Yet.... they kept my $324 and will not refund it!!

Very bad service and the place is in the middle of renovation, the is dirty and smell very bad, and try to talk to the property management and he lock the office door and didn’t even bother to come out to talk, so I left to stay at a different hotel, I try to cancel the reservation and get refund, they didn’t even respond to email.

Rooms are great and the lady in the front is so nice and understanding and is always trying to help people she goes above and beyond to help everyone at this property she deserves a gold star in customer service they are pet friendly as well which is a plus

There ended up being bugs in the room. I am currently unaware if they were there the entire time as I was getting back late and tired most nights and in a rush in the morning but they were definitely noticed on the last night. Room looked nothing like the photos. Was claimed to be a newly renovated room but the bathroom looked like it was in desperate need of a remodel and the bed frames felt more like cots with a mattress on it. Would not recommend staying here and I know won’t be returning.

This place has roaches. I came back to roaches in my suitcase. There was hair EVERYWHERE and the blankets were stained and also full of hair. The mini fridge smelled horrible as well

Went for two nights, checked in late but I selected to pay on site but because I was late checking in they ran the card that was on file instead of allowing me to pay on site. Didn’t like that too much, when I called the hotel they told me to call the website instead and that didn’t go anywhere. The room is very spacious and the AC was easy to adjust. They only give you a top sheet for the bed so bring an extra blanket if you get chilly. The fridge is an awesome thing to have in the room, but when I got in there the fridge was still open so there was water all over the floor, hence the towel on the floor. I had a couple of visitors: one cockroach and two lizards just hanging around the room. Overall, you get what you pay for honestly. I’m not mad at it, the beds were comfortable, the shower was hot, and the towels did what they needed to do.
