It was beautiful and clean, Absolutely amazing!

The staff is wonderful and you can walk easily to the pools, star market, bar, etc

ATTENTION: IF you experienced a horrible disgusting room and staff encounter reply. We need to all get together to expose them, warn other people and get check out for black mold exposure and health problems. Summing up ours (and to every problem they basically said oh well... and now they are lying saying we never had any complaints!) BLACK MOLD, blood, urine, bodily fluids (If you know what I mean), ***** hair, and more on our bedding, the mattresses and the pillows...no washcloths or hygiene items pure black towels, wouldn't provide us with clean ANYTHING stated "we don't have the inventory", ants everywhere, open doors and face to face with other people staying in the "next space", no parking, rude horrendous staff including management and "HR" department, won't provide corporateor owners information, sooooo much more.

I was a little hesitant to stay here after reading some reviews, but the pictures kept taking me back to this resort. In the end I booked, and I am so happy I did. I booked the 2 bedroom, and it was just stunning. The property is spacious, the pool area has a bar and a restaurant, lots of activities. Will definitely go back.

The pictures in the reviews make the resort look very nice. It is a nice resort at first but the units are very outdated. The king bed in Unit B was like sleeping on bubble wrap, it was SOOO noisy. Every toss and turn, would make loud squeaking noises. We had the worst-time at this resort. The clothes dryer was going for over an hour, there was heat, but clothes were not drying. I placed a call and maintenance folks arrived quickly and were able to resolve the issue promptly. But overall, things were very bad. Wifi was terrible, we had trouble even streaming a movie. The only thing this resort has going for it is the proximity to the Disney parks. The most ridiculous thing I encountered at this resort (I have never heard of this), was that the 'towel exchange' for weekly stays happens on Wednesday. It may happen any time between 10 and 6 on that day. Unfortunately, we had already used up all our towels and placed them outside in the lobby as instructed so now, we were without towels and waiting. So are we supposed to just sit around and waste a day waiting on towels?? The other option was to pay $7 for a set of towels to be delivered ASAP. I thought that was a total scam. Anyway, after a few calls and walking over to the front desk, I was able to get a set of towels delivered. But I found this to be ridiculous.

Loved everything about this resort! Would definitely recommend it to families of all ages!

Beautiful property! Amenities and quiet. One of the showers doesn't get warm though.
