This Hampton is outdated, as are others under the chain. This is the third time I have been disappointed in a stay from Hampton. The staff is overly friendly and great at trying to make thing's right just feel that Hilton can be doing more by putting more back intontheir hotels for upkeep and upgrades for the amount that are being charged. The curtains did not shut all the way for privacy due to them being broken, the refrigerator leg/hinge was broken, so did not close properly and the trash had not been emptied upon arrival to the room. The pro to this entry is, the front desk staff was more than gracious and friendly. I give them kudos! Have been a longtime Hilton honors member, but sadly becoming let down in the last couple of years. Please don't use the pandemic as an excuse! They need to start putting money back into their resorts and hotels!
