Clean, family friendly, perfect weather, and the entertainment was brilliant! Pillows were the best pillows I've ever laid on. Staff were helpful and would go above and beyond to meet any requirements you requested. Entertainment manger was especially fun, friendly and made my holiday. I would highly recommend to anyone.

The S.p.A. was lovely I had a really relaxing massage with Olivia she was great and so friendly! would highly recommend :) The hotel as a whole is great food and service is 10/10 rooms are clean and location is great also just a short bus ride to the main town.the best all inclusive we have been to.

We have just visited this hotel a couple of weeks ago and we absolutely loved it! We are now home and already can’t wait to book to go again! Hopefully in October this year. The hotel is spotless and is perfect for couples and families looking for luxury which also has something for the kids! Our little girl is only 2 and all we wanted was for her to have the best holiday and she definitely did! All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. They made her smile every day and made her feel so welcome. Georgina in the main restaurant was fantastic and was so professional. She made such an effort to speak to us every time we was in the restaurant and nothing was too much to ask. The food in there was amazing. So many things to choose from with a different theme every night. All the snack bars throughout the day were 10/10. The food was beautiful and plenty to choose from if you didn’t want to eat in the main restaurant. Lauma was on one of the snack bars and also on the bar in the kids club in the evening. She was so lovely and was always smiling! There was many swimming pools to choose from depending on what you wanted. Some were busier than others. They had an amazing splash park with slides to suit all ages. My daughter loved the baby pool in that area and was so excited to play in it! She also loved the ice cream truck that is right there which was a bonus! 🍦 We would like to give a special mention to Kelly-Ann the entertainment leader. She made my little girls holiday! She wanted to see her constantly whilst we was there! We hope to keep in touch with her! She even talks about her now we are home, daily. She really is the best! The hotel is lucky to have her! She is so effortlessly amazing with all the children and is so happy and energetic all the time! The job was made for her! Thank you Kelly-Ann! 🥰💗 The mini disco was different every night and the staff are fantastic! (Tara and Isobel) All the other staff were great too (Neil,karonlina & Rich) There is a baby/kids/teen club that is also fantastic. It suits everybody. You can have stay and play sessions with your baby so you can go and have fun in there without having to leave them. Or you can book 24 hours in advance after filling forms out etc to leave them for a few hours. The baby club was full of great toys and a big variety of them too! My daughter loved it and wanted to go daily! She called it “nursery”😂 The staff in there were so nice and made us feel so welcome. They made a huge effort with all the kids and it was clear to see the love they had for the job and how good they were at it. We had a wonderful holiday and really want to return. The vegan food (the desserts!) was incredible - please never stop being so vegan friendly. The staff really are wonderful and work incredibly hard. Our boys were 7&9 and had a blast, most of the entertainment seemed to be geared towards younger children though.

On arrival we were welcomed by the reception team, promptly checked in and taken to our room. Spacious, clean room with sea view, in great location. Buffet was run effectively, with plenty of choice, freshly cooked, with lots of variety. We ate at the Tavern and Italian restaurants, both excellent, but I would say the staff and food at the Italian was slightly better than the tavern. The Lounge bar was often busy, however, this did not affect the service provided by the hard working team. During the day we sometimes took a walk down to the beach bar which had stunning views of the hills. This hotel is definitely geared up for families, however, even travelling as a couple we both enjoyed the facilities, though I am not sure it would be the right place for us during the summer holidays.

Great hotel, really nice modern rooms, and very friendly and helpful staff. Grounds are continuously being kept tidy by the ground staff. Food is varied and plentiful . Perhaps a bit isolated in terms of its location, but that’s not an issue if you are simply there for a relaxing time in the sun. The only issue we had, and a common one, is the sunbed issue! We had a room overlooking the Taverna pool, and when my wife couldn’t sleep and went on our balcony at 4:30 a.m. in the morning someone was putting their towels on the sunbeds! The next day at 5 a.m. we heard someone outside say that they would take 16 beds! Sure enough 16 white towels, the towels issued by the hotel, were laid out in a row! I should mention that the “culprits” didn’t arrive at their beds until mid morning. It’s not a large pool so there were a lot of very disappointed people, families and couples, when they turned up and couldn’t get a sunbed. I appreciate that this is a difficult issue for hotels to manage, but surely they could do something? This didn’t alter the fact that we had a great holiday, but goodness knows what it would be like in the high season.

Wonderful hotel - great location, very clean, beautifully decorated, staff friendly and very helpful (a special mention to the bar staff) Everything about this property was amazing, will come back again soon and we recommend it without any doubt!!

Amazing hotel, you feel from the first moment you enter there at the reception they welcome you in the best and most polite way. Spotlessly clean overall hotel also amazing room. The guys at the bar were amazing and very polite. And we ate one of the nicest meals I ever ate down at the tavern. Next day we went for breakfast and it was really delicious. Later at the pool as there we were welcomed in the most perfect way. Congratulations to the whole team you are doing a great job thank you very much for the hospitality. Definitely we will see you soon.

Just waiting to get picked up and fly home. Could have stayed another week. Hotel is fabulous but the staff are the best I’ve ever come across. Nothing was a bother and their friendliness and polite manner was truly refreshing. Definitely come back, special thanks to Alex(pool bar), Sakis (shuttle driver), Wyronica (reception), Zoran (restaurant and wine enthusiast) George (grounds man) and of course Ausma (cust services) massive thanks to you all.
