Cynthiana Beach Hotel

We have come back from a wonderful 10 days all inclusive holiday at this fantastic hotel. It is hard to know where to start, but I think I will start with the staff. Bear in mind we went from August the 13th -23rd, so towards the end of season. Ordinarily this is when exhausted staff are struggling to be enthusiastic. Not so here. Irene,Dimitrius, Andreaus (misspelt), Sara our housekeeping person, Aphrodite ... I could go on to every member of staff there. They were so friendly, knowledgeable, fun and helpful. Our son loved every second of his time and was well looked after as were we. The food was really good. Remember this is a 3 star hotel but the quality was very high. All inclusive is on a buffet basis and the theme changed every night. I loved the Cypriate and greek evenings but oriental was also good. Breakfast is very varied with something for everyone. The food is replenished constantly so no dried out eggs in site. The selection of drinks available in all inclusive is really good, but there is also a happy hour in the evenings so drinks not in the all inclusive are only €3.50 for a cocktail. The room was large and comfortable...and quiet. There is air conditioning at no extra charge. We took a media server with us so had a couple of movie evenings in the room as it was close to 40 degrees outside. There is a really well priced shop on site..again really friendly. There is live music or bingo most evenings. Kids are entertained by the energetic and very fun Eddie. Our son loved the table tennis, boulle, water polo and volley ball. Eddie also doubles up to do an evening music quiz. The hotel itself is lovely with a great restaurant, stunning views, lovely bars and lovely pools (one is for the executives that we didn't go in but looked nice). We did not have an issue getting a sun bed. The hotel is spotlessly clean everywhere, and housekeeping takes great pride in making sure every area is perfect. The hotel is on the sea, but it is a rocky area not sand. However it has a massive tidal pool that has fish swimming in it, and it is easy to swim out. The 615 bus takes you to coral bay in 10 minutes or Corralia bay (our preference) in 15 minutes if you like stunning beaches. It is also a short hop to Paphos and all the attractions there. Tombs of the kings is a highlight. We loved it here and will be back. What a find!
Queens Bay Hotel

The most wonderful place to stay in Paphos. From the moment you arrive you are treated excellent from every member of staff. Very friendly, warm and polite and cannot do enough for you. We stayed last year and didn’t even consider going anywhere else this year as the hotel had everything you could possibly want… excellent food and choice from morning til night, great location all round, bus (cheap as chips) and very frequent. The room was absolutely amazing (even better than last year) with the maid coming in every day. Super clean in every part of the hotel and beautiful grounds. Have to say Agatha on the front desk is a real credit to the hotel going above and beyond so anything you need to know…. ask Agatha. Thank you to all the lovely and incredibly hard working staff, we had the best time ever and are already looking at dates for next year.
Theo Sunset Bay Hotel

Following my recent return from a vacation at Sunset Bay Hotel, I must express my general satisfaction with the hotel, which offers a remarkable view of the island. Nevertheless, it is worth noting that certain rooms within the premises would benefit from renovations. While I would like to express my gratitude to the entire crew, I must highlight that among the service sections (reception, bar, and restaurant), the restaurant team stood out as the most exceptional. Their customer service skills were exceptional since they demonstrated an outstanding level of attention to detail. Because I am a pescatarian and my sister is a vegan, the staff made certain that our dietary requirements were met during the entirety of the trip. Thank you to the chef for accommodating our dietary preferences so that we did not go without. Special thank you to, RESTAURANT TEAM Meet and greet, Stavros. Your customer service skills are simply outstanding. You have a true customer focus and have always been accommodating, greeting all service users with a smile and assuring everyone's well-being during service. Restaurant Manager: Alexandra. You, I must say, are accredited to this industry. Your brilliance shines through in your team. You are an asset to this hotel, and I hope your quality is recognised. Restaurant Supervisor - Alex, thank you for always making us feel welcome.  Dikis (Flipper) - Hot plate. a great flipper that pays attention to what we require in a quick and timely manner. Andrey - is efficient and dedicated. Marina and Gabriella, I'm proud of you two. You are gracious and courteous, and you never failed to smile during the service. I am aware that working in the heat may be difficult for you, but it didn't show in the quality of your service. I'm giving you flowers for that, ladies. Keep working hard; you'll succeed in this field. BAR STAFF - I would especially want to compliment Elena - was approachable and gave good customer service I compliment you for your service, Zoe - is a customer-focused individual; you anticipated our drink preferences before we came lol. Kudos to you both for creating our cocktails and making sure we were comfortable the entire time. Front desk- thank you for your assistance, especially when I got trapped in the bathroom. The mechanism within the doorknob was damaged, so when the door was closed, it automatically locked me in, prompting three individuals to try to open his door. Fortunately, I am an adult; if that had been a young child who was unable to communicate, the implications could have been disastrous for that poor child, or anyone who didn’t have another person in the room with them to get help. Please conduct a risk assessment before anyone stays in the rooms and check to see whether they are compliant. I want to thank the guy who had to kick the door in the end to get me out. Your response was really quick, especially since I am asthmatic and couldn't breathe well in the heat of
