The service was amazing especially front desk Raymond Amonah very friendly/helpful, good breakfast and overall good experience The location of the hotel is very convenient since it is in the middle of the city and accessible to a lot of places

Good customer service from the receptionist to the restaurant. The rooms are clean and food is good. The WiFi is very stable. However, you need to improve on your parking. No proper parking space.

Every staff member was very welcoming and accommodating. Special praise goes to Cathernine at the restaurant for her excellent service. One area, however will need close attention. Hot water was a problem at night as a lot of cold water had to run before lukewarm temperature water could be accessed.

I’ve been sleeping at this hotel on different occasions over the years. They have improved tremendously since. The service is great and the rooms are impeccably clean. There’s hot running water with high pressure and an AC in the room. The breakfast is buffet option with a variety of foods.

Good service with polite people. Big ups for Judith at the reception. I liked her very much. A friendly woman with a beautiful smile. Breakfast was also really good. The room was well spacious with a good view of the street and a spacious closet
