I told the front desk that this was a Japanese-style courtyard side room. I Obviously, the photos I saw online were of the lower-floor rooms in the Japanese Garden, and the prices were a bit more expensive than those on the upper floors. Moreover, the staff who checked in on the day were unfriendly. Because I drove to the hotel by myself, there were no rooms in the hotel. The parking lot has to cover the open-air parking lot next to it, so my daughter checked in first, but the staff at the front desk made sure that the person who booked the room came to the front desk before she could check in. She gave him her passport first but ignored her. And the attitude was not very friendly. When I got to the room, I saw that the decoration was old and not very comfortable. I also felt a little dirty. They didn’t even provide bottled water. It was so stingy. This hotel was the worst and worst hotel in my trip to Fukuoka and Nagasaki. A disappointing one. Don't let the garden view fool you. The decoration of the room was so old that I was not in the mood to take pictures. I was very satisfied with the other hotels.

It was about 10 minutes from Kokura Station, so I walked. The hotel is in good condition and clean. There was a little noise from the room next door. It seems to be often used as a wedding hall. I liked the hotel breakfast.
