It was my first time traveling to Japan with friends, so I chose this accommodation after considering it. The staff are friendly, but it's a bit disappointing that they found out at check-in that the hotel closes at 11pm and that the open-air bath cannot be used due to drainage pipe construction without prior notice. The facility had a good view outside, but the window was a little dirty so it was difficult to see, and there were some bugs in the large public bath. Still, I made good memories.

I arrived after the check-in time at around 11pm. I saw that the door was closed and there were no lights.
Fortunately, the trip.com staff helped make phone calls and found a translator to communicate with the hotel staff.
I was a little hesitant because it was already late at night and the road out of the city was quite far. Fortunately, I had to wait for about an hour to finally be able to check in.
However, because the hotel room does not have a bathroom, you have to wait a day for the bathhouse to open before you can take a shower.
