A nice hotel with rustic charm. Bathroom very nice, however the tap may be a little slow due to age. The garden is beautiful and the staff very helpful. It should be noted that the hotel parking should not be used, as much cheeper parking is also available close to the hotel, with the parking rules of the hotel parking being expensive, whilst if you take your car out of the bay you have to pay again. Also as of 2023 they have some pretty amazing Quiche, 4.5*

You had everything you need whenever it come to JR hotel, the train station are always packed with foodies and whatever necessities you need like matsumoto kiyoshi. Fell ill this time when i arrived and the helpful staff though can't speak english well, try to help me identify the shop to get med and i greatly appreciate their customer service. Foodies street right below of the hotel, with Shin shin ramen, skewer and kinda a party foodies street. Very convenient but i dont think i will visit kokura so often but i will be back to this hotel if required. Great work!

It is a convenient business hotel with a 2-3 minute walk from the station. The receptionist was friendly and I was able to stay comfortably. You can have a drink with a welcome drink with coffee or lemon pickled fruits. Bathing agents and cheeks. The room is not small and clean with a good size. The shower head was a little disappointing because it was not a neck swing, but there was no problem if you had it in your hand. Breakfast is equipped with a fashionable cafe in the store and you can choose the standard number and the daily number. 1000 yen with one plate. I'm not good at yogurt, but I'm sure I'll come with it, so I can only say I don't need it. I thought I wanted something else. Near the hotel, there are many reasonable shops to eat, close to downtown Ogura, and I think it is a good business hotel overall.

Very nice place for a good price. Staff don’t speak English but the have this instant translation app that made everything easy and smooth. Room was comfy enough even though the AC was a bit too noisy.

I went to Kitakyushu for a family trip and stayed at Rihga royal hotel Fukuoka, which is located near Kokura station, the center of Kitakyushu. First of all, the location is very good. It's close to Kokura station and there are shopping centers, downtown, shopping streets, and Kokura castle nearby. Since it's near Kokura station, it's easy to get to other areas nearby, such as Fukuoka and Moji port. The hotel is a large hotel with high floors that are very noticeable in the neighborhood and seems to be the best hotel near Kokura for banquet halls, buffets, etc. It has an overall older feel than the newer hotels these days, but in a good way, it's classic and the rooms are relatively larger than the newer hotels. Overall, the hotel is well maintained, so it is clean and comfortable. The hotel staff is also doing a good job of maintaining the characteristic Japanese friendliness and attentiveness. The in-room amenities are also good. The hotel breakfast is also excellent for the price. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kitakyushu.

Location conditions cleanliness is good. I don't go to the public bath on the first basement floor, but there is a joint bath. The ramen of the noodle shop in the center of the adjacent ramen is delicious at the miso ramen shop. The guests are happy to have a drink 1 cup free including alcohol. I was waiting for about 30 minutes when I went around 18 o'clock. Can't it be a little smoother? Because the check-out was possible by the machine, there was only one person at the front desk, and even if I tried to leave my luggage, it corresponded to other customers, and it took time and waited for a lot. I am glad to be able to temporarily leave my luggage before check-in or after out. However, when I went to take the luggage that I had temporarily kept after checking out in the evening, the customer was full at the front desk and waited for a while. I was frustrated because the time to leave the Shinkansen was approaching. It takes too long for one person. I want you to grasp the situation at the front desk at the office and respond to the empty employees. If this was not a full score, it was a pity. The language is polite.

I used Bessel Hotel Hotta Kitakyushu Airport for the first time. The room was very clean and easy to use, and the shower was comfortable with sufficient water pressure. Breakfast was also a buffet style, rich in variety, and local dishes, which was very delicious.
