Glamping+Sauna Hakuba morino wasabi nouen
"It was a very touching trip. Although there was an earthquake at night, we felt very safe because we were in a tent. The barbecue equipment was complete, the shower area wasn't as cold as I expected, and there was even a sauna. It was also fun to cook with firewood."
Hotel Green Plaza Hakuba
"The location is perfect for snow lovers. Most notable is their onsen is reasonably size and can fit a larger crowds. The only downside is the limited restaurants availability and it’s very expensive to book a taxi. May not be suitable for families with young children’s."
Hakuba Tokyu Hotel
"The location is out of city center . It is close to ski slopes. The breakfast was good and have a lot of variety. But the amenities in the bathroom is really limited does not match the 5 stars hotel."
Hotel la Vigne Hakuba by Onko Chishin
"We do really love this hotel. It’s on our special occasion and they contacted us prior to arrive if we want to have cake. They also arrange a hand written card which is very cute. The room is spacious with nice decoration, room also have a kitchen and dining area with ding tools. Staff is very helpful and friendly, we planned for a cherry blossom but it’s too soon. She recommends us for a nearby town with full bloom period. I can’t remember her name but she’s great. For next time in Hakuba, we’ll surely stay here again!"
Courtyard by Marriott Hakuba
"Receptionist aren’t polite upon check-in/ unfriendly and very rude towards customers! Not helpful at all! The only great staff are AO Suyama and Shuji kato, they were working very professionally up to Marriott’s standards. Restaurant all are excellent! Super nice super friendly and very professional in there profession. Housekeeping need to ask for everything ! Very tiring! Room was dusty a lot hairs ! Old facilities! Not a happy stay!"
Hotel Sierra Resort Hakuba
"Nice hotel, room is quite spacious. Hot springs are one of our favorites facilities, they provide free ice cream and milk. 4-5 private onsen in the hotel (pre-book). Varities of breakfast but it’s the same every day. They have free flow drinks and snacks in late afternoon and evening. ski & snowboard rental shop in the hotel is quite limited and out dated, locker room also."
Hakuba Highland Hotel
"Great Location. Great Service. Great food, both breakfast and dinner."
SANU 2nd Home Hakuba 1st

Hakuba Hotel Ougiya
"It's close to Hakuba Happo-one and just a five-minute drive from Hakuba Iwatake, making it a great location for ski season. Because we stayed during the off-season, there weren't many other guests and it was quiet. The water pressure in the shower in the large communal bath was a bit of a concern, but other than that, I was satisfied. ◎ The buckwheat galette at breakfast was especially delicious!"
Restaurant & Hotel Traumerei
"Loved the private onsen. The ladies were so helpful and attentive in the hotel. We never ate dinner there as it’s a French restaurant and we wanted Japanese food. The breakfast was brought up to the room and consisted of fresh baked croissants and butter and jam and coffee. NOT a full breakfast. "
Hotel la Montagne Furuhata
"Comfortable"
Hakuba Tsugaike Ski Slope Side Espoir Misawa
"The hotel is 10 minutes close to the ski resort and is ski in ski out. You can see the slope outside straight from the room. Breakfast and dinner were 10% satisfied. There are also lounge where you can pay for different kinds of wine. The boss lady is very hospitable! The hotel also has a large bath, perfect for relaxing after skiing! Will definitely visit again!"
Pension Kobekko
"Thank you for staying with my daughter's family for 2 nights. My daughter's family is 3.4 This is my first visit. Dinner and breakfast were very delicious. The bathroom has been renewed and is beautiful. There is also a kids room, which is a safe inn for families with children. The best thing is thank you for your wife's smile and a wonderful time. You can pick up and drop off to the Konoike Kogen Ski Area. "
Hatago Maruhachi
"We had an awesome stay. We were in #3. We love our room! The room upstairs was spacious for a family of 4. Love the extra complimentary services provided during the day and night- free wine, free sake, free food tasting after 9pm. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The only thing is taxi is limited in Hakuba. Ask the reception staff to pre-book taxi if needed. Snow shuttle buses depart and drop off right at the accomodation. Not much food options around but you can purchase food in town."
Square 8 Hakuba Retreat by Unplan
"Fluency English reception.👍 The room is bigger than I expected. Absolutely clean. The overall is cozy and relaxing. Because of the snowing time the parking is a bit far from the hotel. The other else is 💯💯💯💯. Thank you."
Hotel Hakuba Hifumi
"My wife and I visited as part of a ski trip. Hifumi is a bit of a walk to the nearest ski lift but the ski bus if very close and runs more often than the timetable suggests. Our room (Sen) was huge and lovely. The en-suite onsen was a real luxury. Breakfast is excellent (both Japanese and European options). The real highlight was the service. The 2 young ladies who front a lot of the service are possibly the most helpful people I have ever met. They are superb, nothing is too much trouble."
The Happo by Hhg
"We had 5 night in one of the suites in The Happo. The room was large and well appointed. The staff were fabulous. We used the hotel shuttle bus every day. Staff organised resistant bookings and shuttles etc for us. Provided advice about various locations to visit. The restaurant onsite is good and not overly expensive for Japan."
Hakuba Panorama Hotel
"Perfect stay and view. Nice staff and good beer"
Hakuba Yamano Hotel
"Each of us are So glad to have stayed at this wonderful hotel. The staff are so beautiful and helpful. Beds and rooms comfy, breakfast and dinners so yummy. It has such a great view of the jumps and mountains, very pretty. Two of our party were injured and the staff were very helpful helping us organise medical treatment. Great storage/drying room. Very helpful and friendly shuttle service. A very short walk into the centre of town or closest lift. The Onsen and massage chairs are divine. Has easy was/dry machines. The free little ice creams yummy. A great location and stay for us all. Not one of us could fault it."
Meteor Garden
"its nice place reasonable plice"
Hakuba Mahoroba
"Super new, modern, clean, well equipped and stocked apartment facing the Alps, and to top it off, the heated floors on the cold nights. The host was very kind, responsive, and accomodating. It's the best apartments we've stayed in Japan after extensive travels across the country. Will be back and highly recommended!"
Soma Residence Hakuba
"The only downside is that the parking lot is too narrow."
Hakuba Hotel Paipu No Kemuri
"Good stay and a good location! Lots of locals stay at this hotel."
Mountain Side Hakuba
"The staff at Mountainside really made us feel like at home. The consistency of care was more like on call concierge whenever required. The only question is when we will return not if. The features of the rooms include wall heating , floor heating and air conditioning. Picture windows capture the view of (one of the many ski resorts your passes allow) ski resorts which is breath taking."
