The location is good, but the air conditioning doesn't work and the fridge doesn't get cold. I stubbed my toe on the step at the bathroom entrance.

駅から近く、便利。施設は古めのものもあるけどリニューアルされており普通に快適ですが、目立つ欠点はエレベーターが１つしかないことかな。朝夕はまあまあ待つことがあります。あと部屋のドアがオートロックではありません。 特筆すべきは食事で、2Fのレストラン(食堂)で頂いた角煮のカツは、初めて食べましたがサイコーでした。ビジネスホテルの食事でこんなにオイシーのってなかなか無いと思います。 支援割クーポンがあったので駅待合室のコンビニ兼おみやげ店で買いました。翌朝早かったので近くて助かりました。午後７時までやってます。

予定が狂ってしまい13時半前に北見駅に到着した。荷物だけでも預かってもらおうとホテルへ行ったところ13時からチェックインできるとのこと。荷物を置き、部屋で少し休んで出かけることができた。ちょっとしたことではあるが大変助かる。 部屋の清掃も行き届き落ち着いて一晩過ごせたが朝食に工夫をしていただければもっと良かったのかもしれない。例えば明太子・昆布・焼き魚等種類はあるのだが、中の数が少なく前の人が少し多めにとっていかれると自分の分がなくなってしまう。すぐに追加を出していただければよいのだが二人で賄っておられるようでなかなかそろわないので仕方なくあるものだけで済ませてしまう。チェックイン同様ちょっとしたおもてなしがあったらと思う。
