The room is quite small is you have 4 big luggages. But for a family of 4 with kids it is enough.
The property is quite dirty. Microwave and ceiling are moldy. Table is dirty. There is an electric stove, but there is no pans, utensils, plates, and bowls etc. There is no reason to have an electric stove if you do not have pans. No electric kettle.
The refrigerator and washing machine lint filter are also dirty.
We bought disinfectant wipes just to clean the area we are going to use.
They gave us 2 towels for 4 people.
The only good about this property is the location - it is 6 mins walk to Rycom Mall and the price for the stay.

映画を観るついでに遊び半分で宿泊。全国旅行支援を使って一泊¥7000が¥5600になり¥4000の地域クーポンもゲット。駐車場が有料で¥1000。立地は住宅街。チェックインは新人お兄さんと後ろに立ち指示するおばさん。部屋は広く、洗濯機、冷蔵庫、キッチン付き。何も問題ないのだが…掃除が行き渡っていない… 実にもったいない。掃除の人、変えた方が良いよ…と責任者に教えたい。

Good price and location, but the room itself was quite dirty...there were empty plastic bottles under the beds and some kind of sticky residue on the floor. We booked a room with two beds and both beds had brown stains on the white sheets.
